It’s Never Too Late to Say, “Thanks!”

My oh my, my manners are slacking! I meant to do this as soon as I got back from vacation but life got busy and I got rude side-tracked! Anyways, while I was on the Cape the lovely Tina from Faith Fitness Fun featured me on her blog in one of her FFF Features posts, and I was honored to be apart of it!

Tina’s blog is one I absolutely love. She is so honest and open, and I just wanted to publicly say thanks for the shout out (even if it is super late!)

If you haven’t ever been to her blog, definitely check it out!

On another note…. I think the picture transferring problem is to be blamed on my poor, old iPhone 😦 I attempted to transfer the pictures into my work computer this morning to see if that would do the trick, but it did not work yet again. I am just going to have to start taking photos with my real camera, or my work BlackBerry until I decide the iPhone 5 comes out, (because I have made it this far with my original iPhone, so there is NO turning back!)

As to not be super lazy though, I emailed myself a picture of this morning’s breakfast mostly to talk about one thing: Coconut Iced Coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts.

I was extra tired and sluggish this morning which meant me not having the energy to make my own iced coffee or prepare my own breakfast. Yes, that sluggish. (May have been the fact that I stayed up until almost 1:00am watching Netflix. Maybe. Hard to say.)

Anyways I stopped at DD to get a coffee and decided on the Egg White Veggie Flatbread combo with a Coconut Iced Coffee. I’ve heard so many of you speak of this, and to be honest, I have been nervous to try it. Coconut? As an iced coffee flavor? Oh yes! This was so good. I will definitely have it again. And you should too! I drank it faster than I normally drink my morning coffee, but let me tell you, it turned my sluggish morning right around. As for the flatbread, it was as good as a breakfast sammie from DD can be. But at 280 calories, it’s probably the best option they have for an on-the-go breakfast.

Since I didn’t pack my breakfast, I definitely didn’t pack my lunch either, so off I go to pho for lunch with a co-worker. I already know I am ordering this right here. So, so good.

Taken during my last pho lunch!

Happy Hump Day everyone! Hope you are having an awesome day!

  1. Jane, my dear, coconut *anything* is delicious. Let it be law! 🙂

I just made my own egg white sandwich for lunch and it was super tasty. And it took all of, um, 3 minutes? You should definitely try making them at home!

Happy Hump Day to you, too!!

  2. You sound like me with my MacBook…I’ve had it for so long now that I literally am waiting until it refuses to turn on before I invest in a new computer. [Even if I do get the blue screen of death regularly…]

My favorite coffee is this one made by a grocery store here in Texas that has pecans and coconut flakes in it, so when you brew, you get a subtle hint of that flavor but it is not overpowering. I don’t even know where a Dunkin’ Donuts is in Texas, but if I find one…I’ll check it out. 🙂
